Terms of Service

League Ledger aggregates publicly accessible data from fantasy football platforms you use (Sleeper, ESPN, Yahoo, Fleaflicker, MyFantasyLeague) and shows it as one portfolio. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of those platforms. It is not affiliated with the NFL, its teams, or its players.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password. We are not responsible for any losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to use League Ledger.

When you connect a fantasy platform, you authorize League Ledger to read league and roster data from that platform on your behalf, using the credentials you provide. Your credentials are stored on your device in iOS Keychain; see the Privacy Policy for details. You agree to comply with the terms of service of each connected platform; League Ledger reads only what those platforms make available to you.

League Ledger is currently free for all users during the initial rollout, including unlimited leagues. A subscription tier — Premium Monthly ($2.99/month) and Premium Annual ($9.99/year) — is registered with Apple and may be enforced in a future update for users who connect more than 3 leagues. Continued use after that change constitutes acceptance.

When the subscription tier is active, Premium is subject to Apple's standard auto-renewing subscription terms — renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy; we don't process refunds directly.

League Ledger depends on third-party platforms whose APIs change without notice. We will work to keep syncs reliable, but cannot guarantee that every league will sync successfully or that the data shown is current. Don't rely on League Ledger as the source of truth for any wager, payout, or fantasy roster decision. We surface information; we never tell you what to do.

• Use the App to violate any fantasy platform's terms of service.
• Resell or sublicense access to the App.
• Reverse-engineer the App or its backend except as permitted by law.
• Scrape, mirror, or republish data exported from the App without permission.

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties (merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement). Our total liability for any claim related to the App is limited to the amount you paid in subscription fees in the 12 months prior to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You can terminate your account at any time by deleting it from Settings or emailing support@leagueledger.co.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, with venue in the state of Brock Duarte's residence at the time of dispute.
